1. How Can We Help?
We are here to make your Diasporalia experience as smooth as possible. If you have a question, issue, account concern, safety report, or feature suggestion, contact our support team and include enough detail for us to help quickly.
2. Common Questions
- Create a listing by tapping the add button in the app, selecting a category, filling in the details, adding photos, and publishing.
- Change your language from Profile or Settings, then choose your preferred supported language.
- Delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account. Account data is removed according to our Privacy Policy and any lawful retention requirements.
- Reset your password from the sign-in screen by tapping Forgot Password and entering your email address.
- Report a listing or user from the relevant listing, message, or profile screen. Our team reviews reports promptly.
3. Contact Support
If your question is not answered above, reach out to us at contact@diasporalia.com. For account-related issues, include the email address associated with your Diasporalia account. For technical issues, include your device model, operating system version, and a short description of what happened.
We typically respond to support requests within 24 to 48 hours during business days. For urgent safety issues, include URGENT in your subject line.
